Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup. We will request documentation to assess the damage.

Where appropriate, we will:

· Arrange a replacement (if available), or

· Provide an alternative resolution at our discretion.

 

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
