Paired with our dedication to curation is our unique approach to stimulating public engagement with the arts. We believe that exhibitions and programming go hand in hand, and we work to provide interdisciplinary visual arts experiences for our audience. These may take the form of panel discussions, artist talks, workshops, family days, seniors programs, children’s art workshops, musical performances, and exhibition tours. We are dedicated to supporting art enrichment for the community that has an impact long after the exhibition ends.
The Gordon Smith Gallery is situated on the unceded territories of the sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, and the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Band.
